David F. Munn boasts 24 years of experience in the construction
industry. As a NC Licensed Unlimited General Building Contractor with a
BS degree in General Horticulture from NC State, he brings a unique
perspective to new home building that extends living spaces from the
indoors to the outdoors. His keen eye and attention to detail bring the
design of a home together with a natural flow and pleasing aesthetic.
David also co-owns a landscape and grading company, is a NC Licensed
Landscape Contractor and holds his Certified Plant Professional
Certificate. Those achievements give him the ability to envision and
conceptualize the lot your home is on and the land surrounding it while
maximizing its full potential.
The thing David enjoys most about working with new home buyers when
designing spaces is building the relationships. He learns about each of
his clients in order to create something that fits their personality and
lifestyle. For David, it's so much more than construction — it's a way
of life.
As a 1993 alumni, David remains an avid NC State
sports fan and tailgates at the NC State football games. When not
working or cheering on the Wolfpack, he likes spending time at the
beach, traveling to new places, and enjoying time with his family and
friends.
